Hey, it’s Anwell, and this is Soft Power Leaders, by Brantio. We help brilliant women in Biotech and Pharma gain influence.
Michael Jordan is one of the greatest players in NBA history. However, though Jordan could score whenever he wanted, he only started winning when he got everyone else involved.
Some players needed more support at the beginning of their games. Only after Jordan got the whole team playing well would he take over. Then, it was game over because everyone was clicking.
During your meetings, a few people likely dominate the conversation. This is because they are comfortable driving the conversations and pushing their ideas.
What would happen if they encouraged everyone else to get involved first? If they gave others support to build momentum? Then, only after the whole team is humming along would they contribute their ideas?
Thanks for listening! Now go make it happen.
