Hey, it’s Anwell, and this is Soft Power Leaders, by Brantio. We help brilliant women in Biotech and Pharma gain influence.
Chopin, one of the most famous pianists and composers of all time, created romantic music that has touched millions. Movies and commercials use his music to create tender moments between couples.
However, in his time, Chopin did not like the spotlight. He gave only a few dozen performances during his life. Luckily, he wasn’t forced to perform at large concerts like most musicians. He wasn’t forced to contribute in a setting he disliked.
Instead, Chopin focused on playing for small groups of friends. As a result, his talent flourished. This helped him compose music that generations of people play and love.
Are there any Chopins in your life? Gifted people who prefer to stay out of the spotlight but can do incredible things if given the proper support and opportunity? In our fast-paced world, what do we lose by forcing those people to participate before they’re ready?
How might you make sure talented people are seen and heard on their terms?
